Documentation & Compliance

  • Export Documentation: We prepare all export paperwork from origin — commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and product compliance certificates required for clearance.

Import Clearance

  • Customs Broker Coordination: We manage import clearance at destination in coordination with licensed customs brokers — ensuring goods are released promptly and compliantly.
  • Duty & VAT Management: We calculate and manage import duty and VAT obligations at destination — providing accurate landed cost estimates before shipment and managing payment through customs.
  • Anti-Dumping Duty Awareness: We advise on applicable anti-dumping and countervailing duties for relevant product categories — including solar panels, steel products, and certain chemical goods — to avoid costly surprises at clearance.
  • EU Customs Compliance: Full support for EU import requirements — including EORI registration, EU customs declarations, and compliance with evolving EU import control measures (ICS2).

How We Operate

Incoterms & Delivery Scope

We operate primarily under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms — taking full logistics responsibility from factory to your nominated destination address. You receive goods at your door, cleared through customs, with a single invoice covering the full logistics chain.

We also support EXW, FOB, and CIF arrangements where your commercial terms or existing freight relationships require a different structure.

  • DAP — Delivered at Place: Full end-to-end responsibility. We manage everything from factory gate to your delivery address, including origin export, freight, and destination import clearance.
  • FOB — Free on Board: We manage origin-side logistics through to container loading at the port of export. Your freight forwarder takes over once goods are on board the vessel.
  • EXW — Ex Works: Goods are available at the factory. We handle the handover documentation and coordinate access for your nominated carrier.
  • CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight: We manage freight and insurance to the destination port. Import clearance and onward delivery are managed by the buyer.
