Protect Your Supply Chain Before Goods Ship

Quality failures in Asian supply chains rarely arrive without warning — they accumulate from weak supplier qualification, insufficient in-process monitoring, and inadequate pre-shipment verification. By the time goods arrive at your warehouse, it is too late and too expensive to fix the problem.

Our quality team operates on the ground across China and Vietnam, providing inspection and audit coverage that catches issues at the point where they can still be resolved — without shipment delays, return freight costs, or customer complaints.

Three-Layer Quality Framework

We apply quality controls at three critical points in the supply chain — supplier entry, production, and pre-shipment. Each layer addresses a different risk; together they provide systematic protection from brief to delivery.

Layer 1: Supplier Entry

Before any order is placed, we assess whether a factory is capable of delivering to your standard. A poor supplier qualification is the most common root cause of quality failure.

  • Factory capability audit
  • Management system review
  • Social compliance check
  • Production capacity verification

Layer 2: During Production

Problems identified during production can still be corrected. We inspect while goods are on the line — before the full order is affected and before it is too late to act.

  • During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
  • In-process defect sampling
  • Specification and material verification
  • Corrective action follow-up

Layer 3: Pre-Shipment

A final inspection gate before goods are packed and shipped — verifying conformance against your approved sample and generating a pass/fail report with photographic evidence.

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
  • AQL sampling to your standard
  • Workmanship and finish check
  • Quantity and packaging verification

What We Inspect & Audit

  • Supplier Factory Audit: Comprehensive on-site assessment covering production capability, equipment, workforce standards, management systems, and social compliance — delivered as a detailed audit report with corrective action recommendations.
  • During Production Inspection (DUPRO): Inspection while production is live — identifying defects, specification deviations, and workmanship issues early enough to correct before the full order is committed.
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): Final conformance check against your approved sample, conducted when 80–100% of production is complete. Results in a structured pass/fail report with photographic documentation.
  • Loading Supervision: On-site supervision of container stuffing — verifying correct quantities, packaging integrity, and load security before the container is sealed and dispatched.
  • Lab Testing Coordination: Coordination of third-party accredited lab testing for product safety, material compliance, and certification requirements — including CE, RoHS, REACH, EN71, and textile chemical standards.
  • Corrective Action Management: When defects or non-conformances are found, we manage the corrective action process directly with the factory — verifying resolution before approving production to continue or goods to ship.
  • Sample Approval: We manage the sample approval process — comparing counter-samples and pre-production samples against your brief and providing structured feedback to the factory for revision.

Ongoing Quality Programmes

For clients with consistent sourcing volume, we design rolling quality programmes with:

  • Fixed inspection frequencies per supplier tier
  • Documented quality control plans per category
  • Quarterly supplier performance reviews
  • KPI dashboards covering defect rates, inspection outcomes, and corrective action status

Certification & Compliance Standards

  • CE Marking — EU product safety and regulatory compliance
  • RoHS / REACH — Restricted substances for electronics and materials
  • EN71 — Toy safety standards
  • OEKO-TEX — Textile chemical and safety standards
  • IEC / UL / FCC — Electrical and electronic product standards
  • IATF 16949 — Automotive supplier quality systems
