Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

As a Sourcing Specialist at Ezysupplie, you will be at the heart of our procurement operations — identifying, evaluating, and managing supplier relationships across Asia to deliver high-quality products that meet our clients' specifications. You will work directly with international buyers and Asian manufacturers, serving as the bridge between client requirements and supplier capabilities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and has a genuine passion for global trade and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify manufacturers and suppliers across China, Vietnam, and broader Asia in line with client briefs
• Conduct supplier evaluations, factory assessments, and capability audits
• Manage RFQ processes and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms
• Prepare detailed product specifications and sourcing reports for clients
• Coordinate sample processes and product approvals
• Monitor supplier performance and manage corrective action processes where required
• Build and maintain a structured database of vetted suppliers by category
• Support clients throughout the procurement lifecycle from initial brief to shipment

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in an Asia-facing role
• Strong understanding of Asian manufacturing — particularly China and/or Vietnam
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and product drawings
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Vietnamese is a significant advantage
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or semi-remote environment
• Experience with quality management processes and supplier auditing is a plus
