About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate Ezysupplie's growth in Europe and/or Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, positioning Ezysupplie's integrated sourcing and procurement solutions to businesses looking to optimise their supply chains.
You will work closely with our sourcing and operations teams to translate client needs into tailored proposals, and you will be the primary point of contact for prospects through the sales cycle. This is a pivotal role in a growing company with significant opportunity for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets in Europe and/or Asia
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development
- Develop a deep understanding of client procurement challenges and articulate how Ezysupplie's solutions address them
- Collaborate with sourcing and operations teams to design and price tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new clients
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with new and existing clients
- Represent Ezysupplie at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums
- Provide market intelligence to inform product and service development
Requirements
- 3–7 years of B2B business development or sales experience, ideally in sourcing, logistics, supply chain, or international trade
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business and meeting or exceeding commercial targets
- Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and procurement processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English is essential; additional European or Asian languages are a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Experience working across cultures and time zones
